Corepathians exists to help make A MeshCore project for communication in the Carpathians useful in real hiking conditions. People on the trail should be able to talk to each other, share local information, ask for help, and receive useful updates when needed - without a commercial network infrastructure.
Corepathians is focused on practical communication in the mountains. That includes building and improving MeshCore coverage in the Carpathians, helping people communicate on hiking routes, sharing field experience, supporting access to information and assistance in remote areas.
The long-term goal is to grow MeshCore coverage across the Carpathians so that people moving through the region can talk to others on the trail, exchange useful local information, improve situational awareness, and reach help more easily when support is needed.
This site will gradually include project updates, setup guides, hardware and firmware notes, deployment ideas, coverage planning material, and contact information.
